Sole DXB continues to elevate its game each year, and this time, the region’s premier festival for youth and contemporary culture returns to d3 with an even more impressive musical lineup. Get ready—it’s going to be unforgettable.
For those new to Sole DXB, this Dubai-based festival is owned and produced by Sole, a prominent voice in youth and contemporary culture. Spanning three nights and two days, its multi-format program features live music, DJ sets, fashion, film screenings, talks, workshops, sports tournaments, and youth clinics, creating a dynamic platform for the world’s leading brands.

Sole DXB is renowned for bringing top-tier talent to Dubai, and this year is no exception. The latest lineup reveals include Grammy-winning British singer-songwriter James Blake, set to perform on Friday, December 13. Also hitting the main stage that day will be fan favorites like The Joy.
For 2024, Sole DXB is introducing an additional stage, offering even more musical variety. On Friday, Saudi-born DJ Nooriyah will take over the second stage, blending dance music with her unique cultural influences.
On Saturday, December 14, Tems will headline the main stage in her Sole DXB debut, bringing her signature mix of Afrobeats, R&B, and pop. Known for collaborations with Drake and Wizkid, Tems promises a powerful set. Saturday’s lineup also includes Grammy-nominated rapper J.I.D., Hey Abi, TUL8TE, Show Dem Camp, and LORDKEZ. Over on the second stage, expect standout performances from multi-Grammy winners Arrested Development, along with Mansur Brown, Jarreau Vandal, Ezra Collective, and MzRizk.
The festival’s final day, Sunday, December 15, will see The Roots headlining. Known as one of the most iconic bands in pop music, with hits like What They Do, You Got Me, and The Seed, and four Grammy Awards to their name, they’re set to close out the weekend with an unforgettable performance.
Joining The Roots on the main stage that day will be Grammy-nominated rapper Latto, Belgian hip-hop star Hamza, G-Salih, and India’s viral sensation Hanumankind, known for Big Dawgs. Meanwhile, the second stage will keep the energy high with Sid Sriram, DJ Questlove, and Floyd Lavine leading the party.
For all the fashionistas
Spotlight by d3 is a vibrant pop-up for fashion enthusiasts, showcasing a diverse selection of independent fashion and lifestyle brands that emphasize innovative practices and a strong commitment to community. Featured brands include Azra Active, known for its loose-cut women’s clothing; Aaura, offering delicate jewelry pieces; Barzakh, a jewelry brand based in Sharjah; and Islamabad’s Daastangoi, which creates fragrances evoking nostalgia for South Asia. Also present are This is Me Sneakers and Peace Venue, with Kismet by Milka making its Sole DXB debut, offering both jewelry and piercing services on-site. Other standout brands at the pop-up include Aota, Atlal from Galbi, Paria / Farzaneh, Finchitua, Mad Kicks, Almost Gods, Five Pillars, Sure, Ok, and Palestinian-owned NIVIOUR, among others.
Sports activation
Several sports events and activations are also expected at Sole DXB, though this year’s agenda is yet to be announced. In past years, highlights included Sole Ball Above All (SBAA) and SKATE by Vice, among others.
Honoring Dubai’s skateboarding heritage, Sole DXB will bring back the custom-designed 374-square-meter flat-land street-style skate area, inspired by iconic local spots like Deira Fountain and Sparks. This popular hangout will feature a Vert Wall, Fun Box, and grind ledges, creating the perfect space for both beginners and pros to enjoy.
As always, Sole DXB will offer a wide selection of homegrown F&B brands. In previous years, visitors enjoyed favorites like Chef Halawa, Eatopia, Falafel For The People by One Life Kitchen, Goldfish Sushi & Yakitori, Homer Lobster, Jailbird, Kitopi, Kooya, Mattar, Miss Lily’s DXB, Pickl, PINZA!, Project Chaiwala, Rascals, Seven Fortunes, Shake Shack, Temple Creamery, West to West Kitchen, and Za Za.
