Kendall Jenner has agreed to a $90,000 settlement in the lawsuit pertaining to the failed 2017 Fyre Festival, according to Forbes.
The super model was sued last year for her involvement in the disastrous music festival. According to court documents, Jenner was allegedly paid $250,000 to promote the festival in a single, now-deleted Instagram post, as well as an additional $25,000 after the post went live. The lawsuit alleges that she “intentionally led certain members of the public and ticket purchasers to believe” by not indicating that the post was paid.
