STEP Conference, the leading technology festival for emerging markets, has launched its 9th edition under the theme of “the World in Dubai” to be held on February 11th and 12th in partnership with Dubai Internet City (DIC) and the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (Dubai Tourism).
