Conor McGregor is considering a rematch with Floyd Mayweather. In a new interview with ESPN, McGregor not only said that he wanted to face the boxing champion again, but that he’s confident he would win if they did.
“I know I’d beat Floyd if we rematched,” he said before referencing their high-profile fight back in 2017. “It was supposed to be me boxing, then we’ll do a mixed martial arts bout.
Elsewhere, McGregor spoke of his upcoming fight with Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone and his last fight against Khabib Nurmagomedov, which he says banked him $50 million despite losing. He expects to make around $80 million fighting Cerrone.
